Please note that custom-built putters and personalized merchandise are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all headcovers, certificates of authenticity, and accessories are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team receives and inspects the equipment to ensure it is in new condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
